My room had no window, only a skylight. i did not enjoy this experience. the scrambled eggs were powder. They were quite artificial.

the room i booked through a third party did not state that it had no window. i found this misleading. the room seemed like a storage space.

the room was quiet. it had everything i needed like a fridge. it was good i had a quiet and clean room. i also saw powerpoints everywhere in the lobby.
the numbering of the floors are a bit strange. level 1 is two storeys below ground. it wasnt clear when i chose my room that it was so deep.

the hotel stands near old street station. the vicinity features diverse food and drink options. moorfields eye hospital is also within a short walk, very useful if you need it.

The check-in process was REALLY slow. Staff struggled with the card payment system causing delays. The room card then activated for the wrong room adding more time to resolve. the card reader malfunctioned despite staff attempts to fix it. the WHOLE experience was frustrating.
